Centre for International and Professional Education (CIPE)

The Centre for International and Professional Education within the School of Nursing and Midwifery has the responsibility to bring together the international interests of the school as well as the professional education and consultancy aspects of the schools operations. As a result, the centre now oversees for international students both onshore and offshore, for the initiation and development of new courses and programs particularly in offshore locations, for the marketing and management of the Registration Bridging Course which leads to registration with the Nurses Board of Western Australia and for the ongoing management of scholarships, study abroad trips, international student exchange and consultancies within the school.

Recently the centre has established a bureau service for the Faculty International Education Services (FIES) coordination. This position is responsible for the development and monitoring, in accordance with University policy, all activities with regard to offshore education programs within the Division of Health Sciences.

We are located in building 405 on Level 3 in room 331. Please either visit the centre or contact us through the Contact CIPE options as listed for more information about the various courses we run.

You can also find more information on the exciting programs the Centre has on offer by selecting from the menu on the left.
